About the Role

We are seeking a Safety Culture Specialist to strengthen and sustain a world-class safety culture across ENEC. Working from our Chicago office, you will develop training programs, facilitate safety assessments, and partner with site leadership to embed safety into daily operations.

This role is central to our commitment to safety as the foundation of everything we do.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Engineering, Psychology, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in safety culture or human factors, ideally in nuclear or high-reliability industries. Excellent facilitation and communication skills. Certification in safety management (CSP, CHMM) preferred.
