About the Role

ENEC’s Graduate Nuclear Science Program is a two-year development program designed for recent graduates with degrees in nuclear science, engineering, or related fields. Participants rotate through engineering, operations, safety, and technology functions to build a broad foundation in the nuclear industry.

Graduates of the program move into permanent engineering or technical roles across the company, with mentorship, specialized training, and the opportunity to work on advanced reactor projects.

Requirements

Recent graduate (within 2 years) with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nuclear Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or related discipline. Strong academic record. Interest in the nuclear energy industry. Excellent analytical and teamwork skills. Willingness to relocate to program locations.
