Chief Executive Officer

She holds a PhD in Nuclear Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and is a vocal advocate for the role of nuclear energy in a carbon-neutral future.

With a background in infrastructure investment banking and a track record of structuring multi-billion dollar project finance, he has built a resilient capital strategy that has funded three concurrent reactor construction programs and the company’s long-term clean energy expansion.

Chief Operating Officer
Elizabeth ensures operational excellence across all facilities, drawing on 25 years of experience in power generation operations and regulatory compliance. She has held leadership roles in both conventional and nuclear fleets and has championed a data-driven operational culture that has consistently improved capacity factors and reduced unplanned downtime across the company’s operating assets.

Manages fleet-wide operations, maintenance, supply chain, and capital improvement programs to safely maximize the output of operating plants.
Vice President of Safety
Dr. Mueller is an internationally recognized nuclear safety expert with more than 30 years in the field, including senior roles with international safety bodies and regulatory agencies across Europe and North America. He has authored widely cited guidance on probabilistic safety assessment and human factors, and has driven the adoption of industry-leading safety culture standards throughout ENEC.

Provides corporate oversight of nuclear safety programs, sets safety standards, and leads continuous improvement across all operating and construction sites.
Vice President of Engineering
Dr. Patel leads engineering for all new build projects at ENEC, overseeing a team of more than 400 engineers. She joined from a leading international EPC contractor where she managed large-scale power projects across three continents. Her expertise spans civil, mechanical, and electrical engineering, and she is credited with introducing modular construction techniques that have accelerated project schedules while controlling cost.
